ABOUT US

Marsh Liberal Club has a fully licensed bar and sells fine beer, kept in tip-top condition as the plaques from CAMRA around the beautiful Georgian building are testament to:
The Club holds the regional club of the year award and Mild club of the year.
There is much more, however, about Marsh Lib that we are proud of.
We think that a key factor in a successful club fit for these challenging economic times, is an environment in which people feel welcomed, safe and able to relax.
In a recent survey of members one of the most heartening responses was to hear how single lady members felt about coming in to the club by themselves – sadly something which isn’t always a pleasant experience.
The club has a dynamic and diverse committee that pitches in to help alleviate the burden on the industrious secretary and treasurer. The bar was refurbished in 2011 and we also boast a wonderful enclosed garden and Crown Green Bowling Green, and probably the best standard and value for money snooker tables in the town.

Sky Sports is available at the club and we show all the big football and rugby league fixtures.

Snooker teams competing in the Huddersfield Snooker League. There are two high quality recently recovered snooker tables for hire at £1 for half an hour, which we think is the best value snooker table hire in Huddersfield.
